Welcome to Carnivore Society! We’re committed to getting your premium meats to you fast, fresh, and hassle-free. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.


Delivery Areas

  • Melbourne Metro: Free delivery available business day deliveries

  • Victoria (Outside Metro): Delivery available – fees may apply based on distance.

  • Interstate: Queensland, New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory 

Please contact us directly if you’re outside of Victoria and would like to discuss special delivery options.


Delivery Times

  • Melbourne Delivery: For orders placed after 2pm AEST.

  • Victoria/Melbourne Delivery: Within 2-5 days for orders placed after 2pm AEST.
  • NSW/Sydney Delivery: Within 4-8 days For orders placed after 2pm AEST.
  • Brisbane,Gold Coast/Queensland Delivery: Within 4-8 days For orders placed after 2pm AEST.

You’ll receive a text notification when your order is on its way.


Delivery Fees

  • Australia Wide: $30


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed immediately upon payment confirmation.

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email followed by a delivery confirmation once your order is picked up and then dispatched via our chilled courier with a live GPS tracking link with an ETA to your delivery address.


Packaging

  • All products are delivered in refrigerated vehicles or insulated packaging to maintain freshness and quality.

  • Orders must be collected or accepted immediately upon delivery to ensure food safety.


Missed Deliveries

  • If you are unavailable to accept your order, our driver will leave the package in a safe location (where possible).

  • Please ensure you or someone you trust is available to receive the delivery, especially for perishable goods.

  • We are not liable for products left unattended for extended periods.


Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, Carnivore Society does not accept returns.

We take all reasonable care to ensure that our meats are packed, handled, and dispatched in optimal condition prior to shipment. All products are quality-checked before leaving our warehouse.

Risk of the goods transfers to the customer once the order leaves our warehouse and is handed to the delivery carrier, including in circumstances where delivery is delayed or rescheduled by the courier. From this point, Carnivore Society is not responsible for any loss, damage, delay, spoilage, or deterioration of products occurring during transit or after dispatch.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are promptly received, handled, and stored in appropriate refrigeration conditions upon delivery to maintain product integrity. Carnivore Society shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or deterioration resulting from delays in collection, improper storage, mishandling, or other actions by the recipient or third parties.

Customers are also responsible for ensuring that delivery details, including address and contact information, are accurate and that someone is available to receive the order where required. Carnivore Society shall not be liable for any loss, damage, spoilage, or deterioration of products resulting from failed delivery attempts, incorrect delivery details provided by the customer, unattended deliveries, or refusal of delivery.

Where a delivery is made under Authority to Leave (ATL) or left unattended at the delivery address, the customer accepts full responsibility for the order from the time the courier marks the delivery as completed. Carnivore Society shall not be liable for any loss, damage, spoilage, theft, or deterioration of products after the delivery has been completed.

Subject to any rights available under the Australian Consumer Law, Carnivore Society shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or deterioration of goods occurring during transit or after dispatch.

If you believe your order contains incorrect items, missing items, lost packages, or products that arrived compromised, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence where applicable. This requirement allows the matter to be properly documented and a service ticket to be raised with the courier for investigation. Failing notification within this timeframe, the order will be deemed accepted as delivered.

Once the issue has been formally lodged with the courier, the client will be required to liaise directly with the courier regarding the outcome of the investigation or any further claims.
