This feeding and finishing program helps create the tenderness, juiciness, and marbling that the Riverine range is known for. This brisket is available from $26/kg and is sold in a full box of approximately 20 kg or as a single piece of approximately 7 kg. Single pieces are $10/kg extra, and double boxes are usually priced a few dollars less per kilogram depending on the product.
