This product comes from King River, a premium Australian Wagyu producer based in northern Queensland. King River is run by fifth-generation cattle farming families and is known for producing award winning Wagyu with a strong focus on marbling, consistency, traceability and paddock to plate control. Their crossbred F1 to F4 Wagyu range is built around cattle with roughly 50% to 93.75% Wagyu genetics, giving you the rich eating quality of Wagyu with excellent value compared with higher percentage purebred programs. King River cattle are raised on Queensland grazing land before moving into accredited feedlot finishing, with F1 to F4 Wagyu spending an average of 365 days on feed.

Cryovacced and Packed for Freshness
All meat is cryovacced to help protect freshness, eating quality and shelf life. Cryovac packaging also makes it easier to portion, store, freeze or age the meat further depending on how you like to prepare your beef.
Your order is packed in our insulated chilltainers to help keep the product cold and protected during delivery. The meat is supplied fresh chilled, not cooked, and should be refrigerated as soon as received.
