Southern Ranges, Greenham and Angus Pure cover the grass-fed premium end, and Stone Axe, Shimo, Margaret River and King River cover Wagyu. Every cut is MSA graded, hormone free and antibiotic free, and the producer, feed type and marble score appear on the product page.
