Buying by grade rather than by label

Every Carnivore Society product page states the producer, the feed type and the marble score, and every cut is MSA graded, hormone free and antibiotic free. Marble score shapes how a steak eats more than the cut does. MB2 to MB4 grass-fed tastes beefy rather than rich and suits roasting. MB6 and above is Wagyu territory, best cooked hot and fast and served in smaller portions than most people expect.

Gold Coast transit

Benowa runs 3 to 5 business days after a Monday, Wednesday or Friday dispatch, at the same flat $30 charged everywhere in the country. Everything is cryovac sealed and packed with chilled gel packs into an insulated liner rated to hold safe temperature for 24 hours in transit and a further 12 hours after delivery. Leave a shaded drop-off instruction at checkout.

Cut to order after you buy

Nothing sits pre-cut in a display case. Your order is broken down, trimmed and vacuum sealed at Thomastown once you place it, with up to 10 weeks of refrigerated shelf life from packing while the seal stays intact. Yes, but leave a shaded drop-off instruction at checkout. The packing is rated for 24 hours in transit and a further 12 hours on the doorstep.

How long will it keep?
