Shop by marble score

Marble score shapes how a steak eats more than the cut does. Pick the band that suits the occasion rather than paying for marbling you will not taste.

Producers we deliver to Brisbane

We buy direct from named Australian farms and feedlots, so every cut on this page traces back to a producer you can look up. Feed type and marble score are stated on each product page.

How Brisbane delivery works

Orders are butchered to order in Melbourne, cryovac sealed and sent north in an insulated box with chilled gel packs. We dispatch Monday, Wednesday and Friday with a 12pm cut-off, and Brisbane metro addresses receive their order 3 to 5 business days after that. Delivery is a flat $30 across every suburb.

Heat is the reasonable question in Queensland. The protection is the cryovac seal and the cold chain rather than speed. The packaging holds safe temperature for 24 hours in transit and a further 12 hours once delivered, and sealed beef carries up to 10 weeks of refrigerated shelf life.

Brisbane and the wider metro

Grange, Wavell Heights, Eight Mile Plains, Calamvale, Camp Hill and Enoggera order most often, with steady volume through Redlands, Logan, Ipswich and Moreton Bay. Worth knowing: Brisbane City itself is not our biggest Queensland market. The Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast both outsell it.

Brisbane baskets lean heavily towards barbecue formats. Brisket, short ribs, rump cap and tomahawks move faster here than anywhere else in the country.

What we deliver to Brisbane

The full range: 100% grass-fed and grass-finished beef from Cape Grim, Bass Strait, OBE Organic and Greenham, grain-fed Wagyu from Stone Axe, Shimo, Margaret River and King River running MB4 to MB9+, Tasmanian and Victorian lamb, free-range pork and bacon, and a small seafood range.

For the rest of the state, including Cairns, Townsville and Mackay, see the Queensland delivery page.

Brisbane delivery questions

Which days do you dispatch to Brisbane?

We dispatch every Monday, Wednesday and Friday with a 12pm cut-off. Orders placed after the cut-off go out on the next dispatch day, so nothing sits in a depot over a weekend.

How long does delivery take in Brisbane?

Brisbane metro orders arrive 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. Everything is butchered after you order, so we do not offer same day delivery.

How much is meat delivery in Brisbane?

A flat $30 to any Brisbane suburb, whatever the order size. There is no minimum order and no free delivery threshold.

Will the meat survive the Brisbane heat?

Yes. Every order ships cryovac sealed in an insulated box with chilled gel packs, rated to hold safe temperature for 24 hours in transit and a further 12 hours once delivered. Sealed cryovac beef carries up to 10 weeks of refrigerated shelf life from packing.

Do you deliver to my Brisbane suburb?

We have delivered to 91 Brisbane suburbs, spanning the inner north and south, the western suburbs, Redlands, Logan, Ipswich and Moreton Bay. Open the list above to check yours.

Is the beef delivered frozen?

No. Orders are delivered chilled and never frozen unless you request it. Products with FROZEN in the title are the exception and are labelled clearly.

Is the beef grass-fed or grain-fed?

Both. The grass-fed range covers Cape Grim, Bass Strait, OBE Organic, Greenham and Southern Ranges. The Wagyu range is grain-fed and includes Stone Axe, Shimo, Margaret River and King River.
