Eight Mile Plains sits south of the Brisbane CBD off the Gateway, and runs on the standard Queensland window: 3 to 5 business days after a Monday, Wednesday or Friday dispatch. Flat $30, no minimum order, and the rate does not change with weight or distance.

Butchered to your instructions

Because nothing is pre-cut, a large primal can be portioned the way you actually want it: a rump cap split into steaks, a brisket trimmed or left whole, a scotch cut thick rather than supermarket-thin. Put it in the order notes. Everything is cryovac sealed and packed with chilled gel packs into an insulated liner rated for 24 hours in transit and 12 hours on the doorstep.

Named producers, stated grades

Cape Grim and Bass Strait supply 100% grass-fed and grass-finished beef from Tasmania. OBE Organic runs certified organic cattle in the Channel Country. Stone Axe, Shimo, Margaret River and King River cover Wagyu. Every cut is MSA graded, hormone free and antibiotic free, with up to 10 weeks of refrigerated shelf life from packing while the cryovac seal stays intact.
