Buying by grade rather than by label

Every Carnivore Society product page states the producer, the feed type and the marble score, and every cut is MSA graded, hormone free and antibiotic free. That is what is worth paying for, more than the postcode of the shop it came from. MB2 to MB4 grass-fed tastes beefy rather than rich. MB6 and above is Wagyu, best cooked hot and fast.

Perth on a Melbourne rate

Floreat runs 3 to 5 business days after a Monday, Wednesday or Friday dispatch, at a flat $30 with no minimum order and no surcharge for crossing the Nullarbor. The 12pm cut-off is Melbourne time, which lands at 9am or 10am in Perth.

Cut to order after you buy

Nothing sits pre-cut in a display case. Your order is broken down, trimmed and vacuum sealed at Thomastown once you place it, then packed with chilled gel packs into an insulated liner rated for 24 hours in transit and 12 hours on the doorstep.
