Your order is broken down, trimmed and vacuum sealed after you buy, then packed with chilled gel packs into an insulated box rated to hold safe temperature for 24 hours in transit and a further 12 hours on your doorstep. Chilled, never frozen, with up to 10 weeks of refrigerated shelf life from packing while the seal holds.

Cape Grim and Bass Strait supply 100% grass-fed and grass-finished beef from Tasmania. OBE Organic runs certified organic cattle in the Channel Country.
