How New South Wales delivery works

Orders are butchered to order in Melbourne, cryovac sealed and sent north in an insulated box with chilled gel packs. We dispatch Monday, Wednesday and Friday with a 12pm cut-off, and Sydney, Newcastle and Wollongong receive their order 2 to 3 business days after that. Regional New South Wales adds 1 to 2 days, which the cryovac seal is built to absorb.

Delivery is a flat $30 to every address in the state, so a Bondi order and a Dubbo order cost the same to ship. There is no minimum and no free delivery threshold.

Regional NSW buys as hard as Sydney

Port Macquarie is our single busiest location in New South Wales, ahead of every Sydney suburb. Armidale, Dubbo, Forster, Tuncurry and Moree all order regularly. That is usually a supply problem rather than a taste problem: outside the capitals it is hard to buy Cape Grim or full blood Wagyu without driving a long way.

Because everything ships cryovac sealed with up to 10 weeks of fridge life, ordering a large box every couple of months works better for regional households than chasing weekly deliveries.

What we deliver to NSW

The full range ships to New South Wales: 100% grass-fed and grass-finished beef from Cape Grim, Bass Strait, OBE Organic and Greenham, grain-fed Wagyu from Stone Axe, Shimo, Margaret River and King River running MB4 to MB9+, Tasmanian and Victorian lamb, free-range pork and bacon, and a small seafood range.

Every product page states the producer, the feed type and the marble score. If a claim is not on the page, we are not making it.
