How Sydney delivery works

Orders are butchered to order in Melbourne, cryovac sealed and sent to Sydney in an insulated box with chilled gel packs. We dispatch Monday, Wednesday and Friday with a 12pm cut-off, and metro addresses receive their order 2 to 3 business days after that. Delivery is a flat $30 whether you are in Bondi or Blacktown.

We do not do same day. Nothing sits pre-cut in a warehouse waiting for an order, which is the trade you make for buying whole primals from named producers rather than tray-packed steaks.

Where Sydney orders come from

Our busiest Sydney suburbs are Newport, Baulkham Hills, Vaucluse, Thornleigh and Newington, with strong repeat ordering across the north shore, the northern beaches, the Hills district and the eastern suburbs. We also deliver through western Sydney, the Macarthur region, the Blue Mountains and the Central Coast.

Sydney baskets skew towards Wagyu and eye fillet more than any other capital. If you are buying for a crowd, whole primals portioned at home work out considerably cheaper per kilo than pre-cut steaks.

The full range: 100% grass-fed and grass-finished beef from Cape Grim, Bass Strait, OBE Organic and Greenham, grain-fed Wagyu from Stone Axe, Shimo, Margaret River and King River running MB4 to MB9+, Tasmanian and Victorian lamb, free-range pork and bacon, and a small seafood range.

Sydney delivery questions

Which days do you dispatch to Sydney?

We dispatch every Monday, Wednesday and Friday with a 12pm cut-off. Orders placed after the cut-off go out on the next dispatch day, so nothing sits in a depot over a weekend.

How long does delivery take in Sydney?

Sydney metro orders arrive 2 to 3 business days after dispatch. Everything is butchered after you order, which is why we do not offer same day or next day delivery.

How much is meat delivery in Sydney?

A flat $30 to any Sydney suburb, whatever the order size. There is no minimum order and no free delivery threshold.

Will my meat still be cold when it arrives?

Yes. Every cut is cryovac sealed and packed in an insulated box with chilled gel packs, rated to hold safe temperature for 24 hours in transit and a further 12 hours once delivered. Sealed cryovac beef holds up to 10 weeks of refrigerated shelf life from packing.

Is the beef delivered frozen?

No. Orders are delivered chilled and never frozen unless you request it. Products with FROZEN in the title are the exception and are labelled clearly.

Is the beef grass-fed or grain-fed?

Both. The grass-fed range covers Cape Grim, Bass Strait, OBE Organic, Greenham and Southern Ranges. The Wagyu range is grain-fed and includes Stone Axe, Shimo, Margaret River and King River.
