It is a newer, denser part of Sydney than most of the suburbs we deliver to, which mainly changes one thing: where the box goes when it arrives. Leave a delivery instruction at checkout and the packing does the rest.

Packed to sit safely

Every cut is cryovac sealed and packed with chilled gel packs into an insulated liner rated to hold safe temperature for 24 hours in transit and a further 12 hours on arrival. You do not need to be home, and a concierge holding it for the afternoon is not a problem. Chilled, never frozen.

Named producers, stated grades

Cape Grim and Bass Strait supply 100% grass-fed and grass-finished beef from Tasmania. OBE Organic runs certified organic cattle in the Channel Country. Southern Ranges, Greenham and Angus Pure cover the grass-fed premium end, and Stone Axe, Shimo, Margaret River and King River cover Wagyu.
