Every cut is cryovac sealed and packed with chilled gel packs into an insulated liner rated to hold safe temperature for 24 hours in transit and a further 12 hours once it lands. On the Gold Coast the doorstep half of that matters more than it does down south, so leave a shaded drop-off instruction at checkout. It costs nothing and buys margin.

Cryovac gives up to 10 weeks of refrigerated shelf life from packing while the seal stays intact, so a Queensland order is worth doing properly rather than little and often.
