Delivery into a high rise

Surfers Paradise is denser than almost anywhere else we deliver, and the practical question is not transit but what happens to the carton when it arrives. The insulated liner and chilled gel packs are rated to hold safe temperature for 24 hours in transit and a further 12 hours after that, so a concierge desk or parcel room holding it until you finish work is not a problem. Leave the instruction at checkout.

Cut to order, not off a shelf

Nothing sits pre-cut and waiting. Your order is broken down, trimmed and vacuum sealed after you buy, then packed for a 3 to 5 business day run. Chilled, never frozen, with up to 10 weeks of refrigerated shelf life from packing while the cryovac seal stays intact. If you want cuts portioned a particular way, say so in the order notes.

Named producers, stated grades

Cape Grim and Bass Strait supply 100% grass-fed and grass-finished beef from Tasmania. OBE Organic runs certified organic cattle in the Channel Country. Stone Axe, Shimo, Margaret River and King River cover Wagyu. Every cut is MSA graded, hormone free and antibiotic free, with the producer, feed type and marble score on the product page.
