Which days do you dispatch to Queensland?
We dispatch every Monday, Wednesday and Friday with a 12pm cut-off. Orders placed after the cut-off go out on the next dispatch day, so nothing sits in a depot over a weekend.
How long does delivery take to Brisbane?
Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast metro orders arrive 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. Regional and far north Queensland adds 1 to 2 days on top.
How much is meat delivery in Queensland?
A flat $30 anywhere in Queensland, from the Gold Coast to Cairns, whatever the order size. There is no minimum order and no free delivery threshold.
Will the meat survive the Queensland heat over that many days?
Yes. Every order ships cryovac sealed in an insulated box with chilled gel packs, rated to hold safe temperature for 24 hours in transit and a further 12 hours once delivered. Sealed cryovac beef carries up to 10 weeks of refrigerated shelf life from packing.
Do you deliver to far north Queensland?
Yes. We regularly deliver to Cairns, Port Douglas, Mareeba, Townsville and Mackay. Add 1 to 2 days to the metro time.

Is the beef grass-fed or grain-fed?
Both. The grass-fed range covers Cape Grim, Bass Strait, OBE Organic, Greenham and Southern Ranges. The Wagyu range is grain-fed and includes Stone Axe, Shimo, Margaret River and King River.
