Which days do you dispatch to NSW?
We dispatch every Monday, Wednesday and Friday with a 12pm cut-off. Orders placed after the cut-off go out on the next dispatch day, so nothing sits in a depot over a weekend.
How long does delivery take to Sydney?
Sydney and NSW metro postcodes arrive 2 to 3 business days after dispatch. Regional New South Wales adds 1 to 2 days on top.
How much is meat delivery in NSW?
A flat $30 anywhere in New South Wales, metro or regional, whatever the order size. There is no minimum order and no free delivery threshold.
Do you deliver to regional NSW?
Yes, with 1 to 2 days added to the metro time. Port Macquarie is actually our single busiest New South Wales location, ahead of any Sydney suburb.
Will my meat still be cold when it arrives?
Yes. Every cut is cryovac sealed and packed in an insulated box with chilled gel packs, rated to hold safe temperature for 24 hours in transit and a further 12 hours once delivered. Sealed cryovac beef holds up to 10 weeks of refrigerated shelf life from packing.

Is the beef grass-fed or grain-fed?
Both. The grass-fed range covers Cape Grim, Bass Strait, OBE Organic, Greenham and Southern Ranges. The Wagyu range is grain-fed and includes Stone Axe, Shimo, Margaret River and King River.
